NOTO's classic multi-bene stain, in a sleek new aluminum tube. Easy to use multi-use color that builds, nourishes, and repairs in our deepest dark berry hue. Giving you a 90's throwback. Now color is not only beautiful, but also good for the skin and senses with organic ingredients that act as skincare first. Always vegan and uni-versally-sexy.
Twist up and apply wherever you'd like a wash of deep berry hue. Layer on for full opacity or tap excess off with a tissue for a subtle stained look. Amazing on cheeks for a sexy flush. Use with a brush to buff or layer on.
